Rick has begun several initiatives to help disadvantaged people. He has turned his small apartment and the surrounding area into an abundant urban farm. He has spent his time mentoring and empathizing with young men who grew up on war-torn streets. He has analyzed the city's problems and developed creative and effective solutions. He wants to help save D.C. kids from trauma and provide a path to healing for those who were unable to avoid it. But he can't do it all alone.
